How to request
Email contact@foundationwellness.store within 60 days of your first delivery. Include your order number. We process refunds within 3-5 business days.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel any active subscription anytime from your account dashboard. You won’t be billed again, and any in-transit order is yours to keep or return.
Damaged or wrong product
Photo + order number to contact@foundationwellness.store. Replacement ships within 24 hours.
